The 75 m blades are manufactured using Siemens patented IntegralBlade® technology. The blades are made of glass reinforced epoxy resin and manufactured in one piece using a closed mould process. The glass fibre reinforcement is laid out in a special moulding arrangement with a closed outer mould and an expanding inner mould.
